Oh, boy. SD is about as classic a case of "disinhibited" RAD as I could ever imagine.
ANY adult who paid even the slightest attention to her (when she was a very small child) was immediately her best friend. She would want to hold their hand, sit in their laps, talk endlessly with them. . .it was scary even then. I tried to convince my hubby that this behavior was not normal but he just thought she was a charmingly friendly little girl. Sigh.
