I sh tonight a lot.
I am now full guilt.
I feel like I am a total failure today. Everything I touched turned to rat poo.
I feel rejected triggered betrayed and unfortunately these are all too familiar feelings.
Back months and months. I don't know If I have the will or strength to climb out of this again.
